Carey, who is almost 5'10 she was a popular American modeling model. Famous designers like Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren loved her. In 1979, the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists elected her father Scientist of the Year. In the course of his career Carey grew up all around the globe. She started modeling part time during her time studying at university at the University of Colorado and caught the eye of a rep of the Ford model Agency in New York. In 1980, she moved to France where she briefly resided in Paris and Bordeaux, before returning to New York in order to pursue her modeling career. The model was featured on Vogue as well as Glamour pages. While modeling she was enrolled in the study of literature at New York University. In New York she began to pursue acting. The year 1986 was the year she had her first acting role, a bit part in Club Paradise, with Robin Williams. White water rafting, skiing and rock climbing are her favorite pursuits.
