Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actor in film as well as stage since the end of the 1970s. Thespian Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has worked professionally for the last 27 years. She first appeared on the stage as a character in an unstaged Broadway production of The Big Funk written by John Patrick Shanley, in 1990. Her next role was her first TV role, The Perfect Tribute. When she appeared in 1992, as played a supporting character in the movie Basic Instinct the career of her took off. The 90s saw her working alongside some of the top actors in Hollywood, including Gwyneth Paltrow as well as Hugh Grant. Lexis was a member of an athletic family so she should have had plenty of experience with the sport. She began playing golf in the very early years of her life and was the first player to qualify for the US Women's Open at the age of 12 in 2007. It was not a win but she did finish second in that year by winning the Aldila Junior Classic. In addition to being the oldest American Junior Golf Association, (AJGA) winner of the championship in the year she was born as well as the youngest player to win Westfield Junior PGA Championship.
